Order Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after:
- Successful payment verification for prepaid orders
- Order confirmation via call or WhatsApp for COD orders
Order Types & Payment Terms
Prepaid Orders
- Free shipping across India
- Priority processing and faster delivery
- No additional charges
- We offer a ₹199 discount on prepaid payments.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD available for selected pin codes and order values
- All COD orders must be confirmed via call or WhatsApp within 24 hours
- Orders that remain unconfirmed will not be processed
- Cash on Delivery option is available with a ₹249 handling cost.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can use this ID to:
- Track your order directly on our website, or
- Use the courier partner’s official tracking page for updates
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal:
- The shipment will be returned to origin
- Re-shipping will be done only after reconfirmation and may experience delays
Transit Damage or Delivery Issues
If your product is damaged during shipping:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide a valid unedited unboxing video and clear photos
- Email your claim to support@techoriginals.in
- Requests without proper proof may not be accepted
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India
- International shipping is not available at this time
