We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash-on-delivery (COD).
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available at platform fee 49/- above 5k cod is free
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Please reach out to our support team quickly.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Prepaid orders: Delivered within 2–4 business days
COD orders: Delivered within 3–6 business days
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also contact us on WhatsApp.
Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
Yes, express and same-day delivery options are available in Gurgaon
and Delhi NCR areas for orders placed before 11 AM.

You can refer to the

Q: Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we provide installation services in Delhi NCR and Gurgaon only.

It will be emailed to you after your order is confirmed. You can also request a copy if needed.

Yes. We use anti-static pouches, branded zip locks, bubble wrap, and tamper-proof boxes for maximum
protection.
Q: Do you offer gift or custom packaging?
Currently, standard packaging is offered. However, custom packaging is available for bulk orders.
