TechOriginals is committed to delivering fully tested, quality-assured refurbished laptops. In the rare event something doesn’t go as expected, our 15-day return and exchange policy ensures a fair and transparent resolution process.
Return/Exchange Window
You can raise a request for return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange
We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered (model, configuration, or brand mismatch)
- Dead on arrival (device does not power on)
- Performance issues after initial troubleshooting support
- Physical damage during transit (must be reported within 24hours of delivery)
- Missing promised accessories (e.g., charger or cable)
- Product does not meet expectations, subject to proper review
Conditions for All Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for any return or exchange, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- A clear, unedited unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed box
- The unpacking process
- The product and included accessories
- The issue being reported, if applicable
- All original packaging, invoice, and accessories must be returned intact
- The unboxing video must be uploaded via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any downloadable link and shared over email or WhatsApp
- All return/exchange requests must be emailed to support@techoriginals.in
- Requests that do not meet these conditions may be rejected
Return or Exchange Not Accepted If
- The product has been damaged, tampered with, or misused after delivery
- Original charger, packaging, or invoice is missing
- Battery backup is within acceptable refurbished standards
- Issues are due to third-party software or customer-installed applications
- No valid unboxing video is submitted
Exchange Process
- An exchange will only be initiated after the original product is received by TechOriginals and passes inspection
- If the same model is not available, a comparable replacement will be offered, or a refund will be issued
Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after:
- The returned product is received and inspected by our team
- The return is approved based on inspection findings
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after approval
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer only
- Please ensure your correct bank account details are shared at the time of return request
How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request
Email support@techoriginals.in with the following:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Link to the unedited unboxing video or send it via official WhatsApp 9810818760 along with all details
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
- Bank account details (for refund requests only)
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours. If approved:
- A reverse pickup will be arranged
- Exchange or refund will be processed only after full inspection of the returned product
